Here’s a Toto Play Strategy That Works
There is no best Toto number(s). True randomness over hundreds of games, at a frequency of 2 weekly game draws, should have produced nearly the same frequency from all the individual 49 numbers. However, this did not happen in any time period, from official data provided by Singapore Pools of their Toto games drawn since 9 October 2014.
We can see the frequency of winning numbers (Above Table) over more than 700 game draws from 9 Oct 2014, by courtesy of Singapore Pools. The frequency ranges from 122 for the number 40 to 82 for the number 45. The Natural Law of True Randomness mandates that they should be about the same frequency for all numbers after several hundred or infinite draws.
The winning Toto numbers over time do not appear random; they are therefore not randomly “selected”, and the “luck” of each number appearing could therefore be predicted by data analytics and data science from the application of mathematics, statistics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
